Library Posts Assignee Api Service

Get the users that can be assigned to library posts of the brand. Each entry carries the badge to render for the requesting session, which badges whoever is not of its own kind: CLIENT on the agency end clients for a Metricool session, STAFF on everyone who is not an agency end client for an agency end-client session, absent for its own peers. The email is omitted for agency end-client sessions.
