Crear un comentario (autor = user del JWT).

Crea un comentario en el item. El autor sale del usuario autenticado, no del cuerpo: no se puede comentar en nombre de otro.

Texto del comentario. Puede ser vacío si hay attachments.

fieldstring

Ancla de celda: nombre del campo (col.key). Si se omite, el comentario es a nivel item.
