List every crowdloan the chain has ever opened (#8696), with its terms and how much it raised, queried from the Crowdloan pallet's own NextCrowdloanId/Crowdloans storage at request time with 120s KV cache. Not paginated: the collection is bounded by NextCrowdloanId and fetched in one batched storage read. A dissolved crowdloan is omitted, so crowdloan_count can be lower than next_crowdloan_id; a failed chain read yields crowdloan_count null plus a degraded block rather than 0 (#9898). Every crowdloan on finney today is finalized, so this is a record of completed raises rather than a feed of open ones — read finalized and end rather than assuming liveness.
