Swap events by block range

FutarchyAMM spot swap events with fromBlock <= slot <= toBlock, ordered by slot then transaction. The range may span at most 500,000 slots (toBlock - fromBlock <= 500000); larger ranges, non-integer or negative bounds, and toBlock < fromBlock are 400.
