POST /api/testing/mark-stale

Changed on

Backdate an entity's activity so the staleness checks treat it as stale. Cards and dashboards carry the timestamp directly, a document is stale once it has not been viewed since the cutoff, and a transform is stale once it was created before the cutoff with no later run. Intended only for E2E tests.
