Dismiss the findings with ids. Invalidation is soft and global: the row is kept, but the finding leaves every caller's lists. If the write fails, nothing is dismissed.

invalidated lists the ids this call found active and dismissed (a racing call may list the same id); skipped lists every other requested id - nonexistent, already invalidated, superseded by a newer finding for the same entity, or not visible to the caller - without saying which. Both keep the request order, de-duplicated.
