POST /api/database/validate
Changed onValidate that we can connect to a database given a set of details.
Pass the id of an existing Database to test edited details against it: sensitive values the client left redacted are resolved from the stored Database, and its own engine may be tested even when creating new Databases of that engine is disallowed.
