GET /api/collection/trash

A Collection as the REST API returns it. Deliberately open: which hydrated keys come back varies by endpoint and by what the Collection is. POST / returns the freshly inserted row with no permission flags; /root describes a virtual Collection with a string id and none of the database-backed columns; /tree nests :children. Only :id and :name are present in every case, so only those are required here.
