GET /api/automagic-dashboards/model_index/{model-index-id}/primary_key/{pk-id}

Return an automagic dashboard for the record of the model indexed by model-index-id whose primary key is pk-id. The record's value, used in the title, is read through the QP as the requesting user (never from model_index_value, which is not permission-checked); a pk-id they cannot resolve yields a dashboard titled by the pk, with no matching rows, rather than a 404.
