Add Entity Representative

Add a representative (a beneficial owner or officer) to a business entity. Set is_primary to mark the primary representative (signer); exactly one primary is required before the application can be submitted. If this person already passed identity verification on another entity you administer, that verification carries over and kyc_status is approved. Otherwise verify the representative separately by submitting their KYC data or minting a self-serve verification link. This is allowed only before the application is submitted for review.
