Get International Payment

Returns an international payment: what the recipient receives, what left your account, and where the payment has got to. status is the same vocabulary whichever bank carried it. A payment gets its handle once it has been submitted: read it from executed_transfer.id on GET /approvals/{approval_id}, or from an international_payment webhook.
