Transfer Briefing
What the person picking up a warm transfer hears before the caller.
CallSid is the destination leg, which has just answered; the caller's sid comes on the query string the bridge put in the <Number url>. The briefing was written to the caller's row before the redirect, so an empty document here means nothing to say, and Twilio bridges the two at once.
