Test Workflow

Test a V3 workflow via the V3 Temporal orchestrator.

The workflow is materialized (YAML → DB nodes/edges), then the test service builds a WorkflowExecutionContext with the trigger node's output pre-populated from body.context - the trigger itself is not executed.

Currently supports the event-trigger type for testing.

Trigger test data - validated against the trigger node's output_model. For event-trigger: include resource_type, resource_id, event_data, etc. For email-trigger: include subject, sender, message_id, etc. triggered_at is auto-populated if not provided.

Whether this is a test run.
