Replaces the whole set of account events the channel receives. A webhook takes any of them; a Slack, email or Telegram channel the attention events only (mention.spike, sentiment.negative_spike, keyword.noisy, channel.failing, feed.failing, feed.recovered). An empty list unsubscribes it from all of them.
