Mollie Webhook

Handle Mollie webhooks for payment and subscription updates. Mollie sends POST with form data containing 'id' of the payment/subscription.

Returns 200 on success, 500 on failure to allow Mollie to retry. Handlers must be idempotent to safely handle retries.
