Export application Risk report asynchronously (Dependencies - SCA)

Generates a Dependencies Risk report for the specified application asynchronously. Default export mode is Split (PDF summary + Excel CVE detail delivered as a ZIP). Full PDF mode is also available, subject to a project-count threshold.
