Every price, in USD and in sats

Every SKU's USD price and the sats a Lightning offer for it would mint now. pricing: usd = sats computed from the USD price at the current BTC/USD rate; sats = the legacy sats prices. sats is null when no usable rate is available (then the response is not cached). Edge-cached 60 seconds; the query string is ignored.
