One container id; omit to search every container in reach.

limitinteger nullable

How many passages to return in all, not per container. A fan-out over five containers with limit 5 answers with five passages, taking each container's best before any container's second. Unset covers every container in reach (at least 8), so none is left unheard; a container that had passages but lost them all to the budget comes back with truncated: true.
