Create Api Key

Mint a developer key (docs/contract/agent-protocol.md): the owner's own credential for scripts and SDKs. profile is read | suggest | manage, view_ids the containers it may use (narrowed live through PATCH /v1/exposures/{id}/views) or all_views for every container including later ones, profile_access whether it may read the user's profile, expires_in_days how long the token lives (omit: it does not expire), replaces the key this one rotates out. The token is returned once.
