Response
Uses stripe_customer_id on the current user to list active Stripe subscriptions, infers Memara tier from subscription prices (including lookup_key / product name), then updates Supabase. Use when webhooks never wrote tier/subscription_id (e.g. customer paid but raw_user_meta_data has only stripe_customer_id).
