Bulk cancel orders

Cancels multiple orders by ID. Each array item must be an order id received from GET /api/order/my, place order (POST /api/order/buysell), or modify order (PUT /api/order/buysell/{orderId}). Each item in the response returns SUCCESS or FAILED with a message.
