Download all tradable instruments (CSV)

Returns the public S3 URL for the instrument CSV (tradingSymbol, instrumentName, instrumentToken). The file is refreshed on application startup (e.g. Instrument-dev.csv for dev profile).

Open downloadUrl in a browser to download the CSV. Pass redirect=true to receive an HTTP 302 redirect to S3 instead (not supported in Swagger Try it out).
