Submit coverage estimates as JSON

<b>Beta:</b> Start an async coverage job from a JSON items array. Each item is the same payload as POST /v1/coverage/estimate. The array can hold at most 5000 items; larger requests are rejected with 422. Poll GET /v1/jobs/{job_id} for status and GET /v1/jobs/{job_id}/results for the output file.
