The external agent directories for my agent: per directory whether it is switched on on this server (verfuegbar; abgeschaltet schalter_aus or schluessel_fehlt), its capabilities (faehigkeiten), the approval revision it needs, the state (zustand), the last error and notes (hinweise); plus the blocked directories with their reason and manual recommendations, which are never synchronized. Never a token.
