Poll enrichment job status

Returns the current state of an enrichment job and — once complete — the enriched prospects with contact data.

Polling cadence: every 5 seconds. Typical jobs complete in ~1–2 minutes. Allow up to 5 minutes before timing out.

Status values:

pending / processing — job is queued or running, keep polling.
completed — data.prospects[] is populated; metadata.creditsUsed reflects the actual charge.
failed — terminal; inspect the errors[] array.

Per-prospect enrichmentStatus: enriched (email + title returned), no_email (matched but no contact found — no credit consumed), failed (this prospect errored).
