Request body
Seller-supplied wording per exempt tax category, keyed by TaxCategory plus small_business. A blank or missing entry keeps the German default, so a seller correcting one line does not restate all of them.
The columns for this and sellerCountryCode shipped without a write path: neither was on this DTO, and the route whitelists, so a Swiss seller had no way to stop printing German statute on their own invoices. sellerCountryCode is deliberately still absent here — it follows countryCode in the service rather than being a second country field.
Default Kopf-Text for new invoices/offers (PDF, above lines)
Default Fuss-Text for new invoices/offers (PDF, below totals)
Language new documents are written in. null follows the company language, which is what a seller who switched meetergo to English expects.
Response
Legal seller name on documents. Falls back to the company name.
ISO 3166-1 alpha-2
Steuernummer
USt-IdNr. (VAT ID)
§ 19 UStG Kleinunternehmer: documents carry the exemption note and no VAT.
Default VAT rate for new products/lines, percent
How booking pages, events and payment links word prices: no tax wording, "incl. X % VAT" or "plus X % VAT". Display only; stored prices are always what the buyer pays. Default none so nothing changes until the company chooses.
Default payment term used for invoice due dates
ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country the seller invoices from.
Drives the default buyer country and, more importantly, tells the rest of the system not to assume Germany. Defaults to DE so nothing changes for the sellers already on the product.
Per-category replacements for the exemption wording printed on invoices.
Keyed by TaxCategory, plus small_business for the § 19 note. Blank or missing entries fall back to the German default, so a seller correcting one line does not have to restate all of them. Free text on purpose: the required sentence differs per country and we are not in a position to carry every jurisdiction's statute.
Seller bank account printed on invoices and used for BG-16 payment means
BIC (BT-86) printed in the footer next to the IBAN
Contact details for the PDF footer
e.g. "Amtsgericht Düsseldorf, HRB 12345"
Geschäftsführung line for the footer
Logo rendered on document letterheads
Mahnwesen configuration; null = defaults from settings-defaults
Paid booking → auto-invoice; null = disabled
DATEV export configuration; null = defaults from settings-defaults
Deal-stage automation for shared offers; null = disabled
Document PDF layout; null = classic defaults from settings-defaults
Email wording for sent documents; null = generated German defaults
Default Kopf-Text for new invoices/offers: free text above the line items. Null = no default, the draft starts empty. Copied onto the draft at creation, never read at render time, so changing it does not rewrite existing drafts or finalized documents.
Default Fuss-Text for new invoices/offers: free text below the totals. Same copy-at-creation semantics as defaultHeadText.
Language new documents are written in: PDF, reminder letter and the email that carries them.
null = follow the company language, which is what sellers expect after switching the product to English. Restricted to DOCUMENT_LANGUAGES -- an invoice is a legal document, so it is only offered in a language the whole catalogue is translated into.
