Qr Scans

Our own record of every scan, and QRCodeStack's count beside it.

Two counters on purpose. QRCodeStack sits in front of /hello and sees the scan before our page loads, so its total is the ceiling; ours is the people who arrived and what they did next. The gap is the tab closed mid-redirect — small, and worth watching.
