Generate Creative Image

AI ad-image generation (flag-gated). Generates from a draft's scanned brand context when draft_id is given, or standalone from prompt alone (the Studio room) — at least one of the two is required. Feeds the "Generate ad creative" panel in MetaEditor and the Studio gallery.
