The page used to send one PATCH per rule. A failure half-way left the earlier rules changed and the page showing the old posture; on a Meta account, which has no rule that may act alone, "handle the safe stuff" reported success and changed nothing; and "ask me everything" left rules that were off, off, while promising every rule would ask. One request, one transaction, and the whole posture:
