Context Provenance

A room's links are stored under its room_key (never sent to a client — see 0019_context_links.sql), not the 4-char code/session id a frontend actually holds. list_context (above) already does this same code -> room_key translation for targetType=room; this endpoint needs it too so a Room's own "Related" panel (PRD §6) can call ?type=room&id={code} directly instead of a dead end.
