Patient Request Renewal

Patient requests their doctor to renew/extend a prescription.

  • Marks renewal_requested_at = now on the prescription row
  • Sends a WhatsApp notification to the doctor (if doctor has a phone)
  • Returns 409 if a renewal request is already pending
