Create Prescription

Write a new digital prescription for a patient.

Expiry is auto-computed from the longest medication duration. e.g. if meds are '7 days', '5 days', '10 days' → expiry_date = today + 10 days. Medications marked 'Ongoing' / 'Lifelong' etc. are excluded from the calculation (those never drive expiry). If ALL medications are ongoing, no expiry is set.

Side-effects (after response is sent): • Sends prescription welcome WhatsApp to patient • Auto-creates dose-time medication reminders (Pro/Pro-Plus patients)
