Sticker Runtime

Resolve a hosted sticker asset

Authorizes historical-safe delivery and returns a short-lived generation-pinned URL for an approved WebP or PNG variant. Treat the storage or CDN URL as opaque. Repeated requests may reuse a verified URL without extending its original expiry; expires_in_seconds reports its remaining lifetime. Every request still enforces access and usage policy.
