DARK — 404s unless company_subledger_flags.ar_ap_items_enabled is true. Reuses the shared document match ranker to score already-ingested, unreconciled bank transactions by amount / date-window / vendor against this bill's linked document. Entity-scoped; an item with no linked document (or nothing matchable yet) returns an honest empty array.
