Accountant Documents

Single document (accountant read)

The accountant document DTO for one document, plus autoMatchLastDecision — the auto-matcher's last recorded decision for the document (outcome, reason, candidateCount, source, at), null when the auto-matcher has never abstained on it. 404 for documents that are unassigned or missing an entity, matching the other accountant document reads.
