List Team folders

Lists folders across every Team workspace the token can read, oldest first. Pass ?workspace_id= to list only one workspace; a workspace outside the token's grant returns 404.

Only return rows in this Team workspace. A workspace outside the token's grant returns 404.

Parent folder, or null for a top-level folder.
