Suggest a server for the directory

The JSON version of the form at https://mcp.tc/submit, with the same checks and limits per IP address and for the whole site. Send it only when a person asked for it, once per server, and never retry a 422. Only the address without a language prefix takes JSON (/it/submit and the others answer 404). No CORS: a page on another site can't send it, and a request a browser marks as cross-site gets 403. Follow the result at status_url.
