Generate a run title from parameter choices

Generate a short title for the run that applies user-chosen parameter values to a case notebook. Takes the same request body as /cases/generate_notebook and rejects the same parameter values (a variable without a top-level assignment in the parameter cell, or a notebook without a parameter cell). Only the parameters whose value differs from the notebook's own assignment are named in the title, which is generated by the LLM.

case_template_idstring

Public id of the case template the notebook belongs to. When present, the template's parameter definitions (value types, labels and units) drive value quoting and the generated title; without it the current right-hand side of each assignment decides the quoting.

language'ja' | 'en'

Language for the generated title. Defaults to "ja".

The notebook JSON object (.ipynb) the parameters apply to.
