Oauth Onboarding

Called once by /social-done after a fresh OAuth signup. Idempotent: if onboarding_processed: True on the user doc, returns early. Replays UTM + referral code captured before the OAuth redirect. Welcome email itself fires on profile activation (see phase3.py).
