Diff inbox registry entries by state-change timestamp (READ access required)

Returns inbox registry entries that changed since the provided timestamp (registrationStateLastChangedAt).

The smart contract address of the payment source. When omitted, inbox registry diff defaults to Web3CardanoV1 for backwards compatibility. Supplying this field queries that exact V1 or V2 source.
