완성도 판정(C4)을 충족하면 리뷰·티켓·매장 집계까지 같은 트랜잭션에서 나간다 (TX-1). draft: true면 판정을 충족해도 확정하지 않는다 — 단계 사이의 중간 저장용이다.

이 리뷰를 시작한 그룹. 리뷰가 성립하면 같은 트랜잭션에서 그 그룹에 공유한다 (TMT-423). 멤버가 아니거나 없는 그룹이면 리뷰만 만들고 공유는 건너뛴다
