Poll a CLI login

The pairing request’s state. approved carries the key exactly once — a later poll answers claimed. Wait interval seconds between polls; the request expires ten minutes after creation. An approval "as you" (an account key) is refused with 403 CLI_UPDATE_REQUIRED — before anything is minted, so the approval stands — when the polling X-Martini-Client names a CLI too old to hold one.
