List watches

List filing-watches of a managed-org. Requires :support or :manager access on the PartnerRelationship.

Filterable attributes: active, filing_id, id, muted_until, notification_channel, recipient_mode, recipient_user_id. See the Filtering section under Introduction for the query syntax.

Sortable attributes: active, filing_id, id, muted_until, notification_channel, recipient_mode, recipient_user_id. See the Sorting section under Introduction for the syntax.
