List chat sessions

List the calling key's chat sessions, most-recently-active first, with cursor pagination (next_cursor in the response is opaque — pass it back as the cursor query parameter to fetch the next page). Each entry returns the session id, created_at, last_active_at, and message_count. Sessions are owner-scoped — keys only see their own.
