Polymarket bot on-chain record

Public, no-auth, live on-chain record of the Polymarket bot wallet. Wins/losses are scored only from on-chain resolutions: REDEEM payouts (wins/partial-wins) plus markets gamma-api reports closed whose un-redeemed position resolved worthless (counted as losses). unresolved_positions are markets with cash deployed but not yet resolved — NOT scored, and they MAY become losses. The methodology_note field states this explicitly; the numbers are NOT a clean win rate. 5-minute CDN cache. Falls back to a degraded snapshot (claiming no win rate) if the upstream data API is unreachable.
