Get Browser Usage

Browser session usage + rate for the authenticated user.

Sessions are debited from the same wallet as hosting compute (see services/browserbase_pool.bill_session_close), at settings.browserbase_rate_per_hour_cents. Only pooled sessions (Maritime-supplied Browserbase) are billed. User-key sessions return cost_cents = 0.
