Project Usage

Per-customer usage rollup (plan 18 follow-up): what each binding cost over the last 30 days, so a dev can re-bill THEIR customers.

Attribution: an instance's 30d compute + LLM spend is split across its bindings weighted by message_count (equal split when all zero). For spawn-per-customer projects this is exact (one binding per instance); for single/assign it's a fair proxy.
