List Agent Files

List a directory inside the agent's container (file browser).

Scoped to the agent's persistent volume (framework-dependent mount: /data, /zeroclaw-data, or /opt/data) so the browser can't wander the rest of the container filesystem. path defaults to the volume root; the response reports that root so clients don't need to hardcode it. Returns each entry's type, size and mtime.
