Create async targeting job

Create an async targeting job (explicit async path).

Always creates a background job regardless of boundary size. If the result is already cached, returns 200 with the completed result.

Query parameters

boundary_idstring required

Comma-separated boundary IDs to target (e.g. 'sa2:117011325,lga:17200'). Max 20.

radius_unit'kilometer' | 'mile'

Unit for output radius values.

mode'circles' | 'postal'

Targeting mode: 'circles' (default) or 'postal' (ZIP/postcode inclusion + exclusion circles).

Job created for background processing.
