Customer-facing IMDF delivery endpoint. The response is a zip archive of IMDF features for the specified venue only. The contract is stable. Authorization is by API key; the `apiKey` path segment is resolved by the MapsIndoors.WebApi.Filters.ApiKeyAuthorizationAttribute to the solution the key grants access to.
